Outreach Across America

'Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own'

1 Corinthians 6:19

WHO do we aim to assist?

Chronic conditions don’t go away. And having a positive outlook will probably not cure them. They affect how our body functions and feels. Every day. If not treated, chronic illnesses are with us for life.

Good news: Through simple eating and lifestyle changes, most chronic conditions  can be “cured.”

MyKetoPal is taking the “message of hope” to the road, visiting communities in small towns and cities across the United States. We reach out to those who suffer:

  • Elderly
  • Obese
  • Diabetics
  • Chronically Ill

HOW do we assist people in need?

MyKetoPal will conduct FREE life-saving educational seminars and easy ketogenic cooking classes throughout the United States at …

  • Community centers,
  • Senior centers,
  • Churches, and
  • Civic organizations.

MyKetoPal will conduct on-demand informational food demonstrations and cooking classes at community centers, churcheslocal grocers and eateries.

We will go to places where help is needed. We believe that face to face interaction with sufferers will have true impact and will equip them with the knowledge and support base to fight and gradually overcome their chronic conditions.

WHAT is MyKetoPal's Outreach Program?

What will MyKetoPal do on the Mission Trip Across America?

1. MyKetoPal will educate people on …

  • How the body works,
  • How food affects all our body functions, and
  • How to fight chronic illness with a low-carb/high-fat diet, aka ketogenic diet.

2. The basics of healthy fats vs sugar

  • How to‘s of the ketogenic diet
  • Easy ketogenic recipes by Chef Janine.

3. The importance of physical activity

  • Simple and easy ways of staying active without a gym membership or acquiring costly equipment,
  • Simple and easy ways of strengthening our body using our own body weight.

MyketoPal’s outreach program will give the people the fundamental tools for healthy nutrition, simple exercises and mental support to combat chronic illness.

MyketoPal’s healing community and regional Ambassadors will provide collective support so that no one has to fight their illness alone.

Janine's Testimony

Chef Janine's Personal Journey

Hi I’m Chef Janine, and I have been obese then suffered chronic illness for almost my entire life. Overweight as a child that spanned into my adult years, left my body riddled with the chronic illnesses of PCOS, Hypothyroidism, and an ovarian tumor. I have spent almost 20 years of my life tipping the scales at over 330 pounds. When I discovered that my Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome had lead to my ovarian tumor, I got very real with my health issues.

So what did I do? First I prayed for the willingness to get truly healthy and for the Lord to heal me. He lead me on a journey of self discovery and I found the ketogenic way of life. Since then, I have dropped over 130 pounds to date, my hormones are finally re-balancing and the dreaded life threatening tumor is gone. Thank you Lord.

I still have 55 pounds to go on my journey, and I believe with God’s help and the ketogenic lifestyle, I will not only make my goal for the first time in my life, but I will be able to maintain this healthy lifestyle because I now understand how my body works and how to nourish it the way the Creator intended.

Come join me on this journey to healthy. You can follow along with my progress on the MyKetoPal YouTube Channel and on my weekly progress reports on Facebook and the MyKetoPal blog.
