Healing through education, nutrition and exercise instead of medication

FROM STORE SHELF TO FORK MyKetoPal is Helping Shoppers Connect the Dots !!

MyKetoPal is continuing its mission to help out shoppers to make better food choices and lead healthier lives every day.

We thank Hemet “GROCERY OUTLET” for providing the space for our food cooking demo and tasting stand in the store and making all healthy products of our choice on the store shelves available for us to highlight healing recipes.

On every** Monday throughout January, February and March 2018 from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm, MyKetoPal is hosting LOW-CARB COOKING DEMONSTRATION and HEALING KETO FOOD TASTING at the Hemet “GROCERY OUTLET.”

** The food demo sessions start on MONDAY, January 8, 2018

We really appreciate the curiosity, and receptiveness of the shoppers as well as the store staff with regard to our COOKING DEMO and FOOD TASTING.

What people hear at the doctor’s office versus real life is a big disconnect. There are lots of misunderstandings, doctors use big words, and patients actually don’t know how to get started. Our food demonstrations in the aisles of Hemet “GROCERY OUTLET” benefit the people much more than a clinical dietitian in an office could ever do. MyKetoPal’s valuable on-site food shopping tips, nutrition assistance and tasting are aimed to help shoppers to better manage their diet.

  1. Teach people how to cook quick-to-fix simple, easy, practical, affordable healthy recipes.Getting people to cook again is one of MyKetoPal’s top priorities.
  2. Educate shoppers about reading labels. MyKetoPal dietitians are here to help people understand nutrition labels through in-store information flyers, and website resources.
  3. Increase consumption of “healing” organic foods. As “healing nutrition coaches,” MyKetoPal dietitians encourage the shoppers to consume more nutritious whole foods through sample tasting that promote fresh organic produce, healthy fats, Omega-3 loaded foods, grass-fed, free range meats and dairy, to name a few.
  4. Manage food allergies.MyKetoPal dietitians educate shoppers on gluten-free foods, food coloring and other industrial preservatives/additives.
  5. Hand out credible nutrition information and recipes. MyKetoPal dietitians put out info flyers, brochures, hand out healing recipes, nutrition facts, and provide website resources that educate shoppers on specific nutrition topics, teach shoppers about healthy low-carb cooking, and promote overall wellness.
  6. Promote MyKetoPal’s wellness education program.Starting in January 2018, MyKetoPal’s offers educational workshops at Valley-Wide Community Centers. During the cooking demonstrations and food tasting, MyKetoPal dietitians will inform the shoppers about the “Healing Chronic Illness Through Nutritionworkshops and upcoming cooking classes.
