Bacon Wrapped Chicken
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Season and roll your chicken thigh into a cigar shape.
  3. Wrap bacon around chicken thigh.
  4. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray
  5. Bake chicken in middle of cookie sheet for 25 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Keto Coleslaw
  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, onion powder, apple cider vinegar, stevia, salt & pepper then toss with shredded cabbage.
