Instructions
  1. Slice bell pepper length-wise, and crack and egg in it.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and place sliced onion directly on top of yolk. Place egg / pepper on a lined cookie sheet in your oven or toaster over at 400 for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook sausage per package directions and serve with mashed avocado on the side.
