Instructions
  1. Coarsely chop jalapeno, tomato, cilantro & onion, add to a bowl and toss in lemon juice and salt to taste.
  2. In a frying pan on medium high heat add crumbled chorizo. Crack an egg into the chorizo and scramble.
  3. Add to plate and top with Pico de Gallo, sour cream and serve with sliced avocado.
