Instructions
  1. Patty out ground beef, add salt & pepper and cook to your liking in a hot frying pan or on the grill.
  2. While burger is cooking, Take 1 collard green leaf and shave off down the stem to be flush with the leaf. Blanch leaf in boiling water for 20 seconds, pat dr and set aside.
  3. For burger sauce: Mix mayo, sugar free ketchup, onion powder and mustard together. Add to opened collard green.
  4. Add shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle to collard green.
  5. Add cheese to burger while hot then lay on the layers veggies.
  6. Fold collard green to envelop the burger and serve with Keto Cauliflower Poppers.
