Chicken Wings
  1. Trim chicken wings of tips and cut in half dividing winglets from drumlets. In a mixing bowl, add wings, garlic powder and add salt to taste. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden, brown and delicious.
Cold Shirataki Noodle Salad
  1. Dressing: In a small bowl, add rice vinegar, Bragg's Liquid Coconut Aminos, grated ginger and sesame oil together and whisk Drain and rinse shirataki noodles and place in a microwave safe bowl, cover and microwave for 2 minutes. Toss together the sauce, noodles and green onions and chill in fridge until ready to serve.
Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
  1. Cut 1 jalapeno in half, remove seeds and stuff each half with cream cheese. Cut one slice of bacon in half and wrap around each jalapeno. Cook along side wings.
Boiled egg and olive
  1. Really, it self explanatory, isn't it? Boil egg. Slice. Season. Add olive.
Avocado
  1. Ditto on the easiness... Slice and arrange.
