Instructions
  1. Chop garlic fine and add to homemade mayonnaise.
  2. Spread on two fat slices of tomatoes. Add basil leaf to each slice.
  3. Fry two eggs over easy in 1 tbls butter and place on top of tomatoes and basil.
  4. Lightly sautee onion slice and add to the top of eggs.
  5. serve with 1/4 of a medium avocado and enjoy!
