  1. heat up a heavy skillet. Add the shredded cheese in a circle. Let it bubble away. After 2-3 minutes use a spatula to flip it. Take off heat and gently fold it into the classic shell shape.
  2. In the same pan, add beef, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir several times in pan until cooked then add to your cheddar shell.
  3. Topp with diced tomatoes, chopped onions, cilantro, sour cream and a squeeze of lime. Add your favorite hot sauce to your liking.
  4. Enjoy!
