  2. Chop cauliflower and coat with nonstick spray. Lay on a cookie sheet and cook for 30 minutes turning once.
  3. In a small sauce pan, heat butter and hot sauce together until bubbly. Toss in cooked cauliflower and coat well. Enjoy!
