  1. Season chicken thigh with salt & pepper and cut into quarters. In a hot skillet, warm butter and cook chicken 7-8 minutes on each side.
  2. Make sauce: Combine onion powder, ketchup & mayonnaise and stir until blended. Slather on each leaf.
  3. Top leaves with chicken, onion, tomato, pickle and the last romaine leaves. Enjoy!
