  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Add salt and pepper to wings then dredge in baking powder, shake off and lay on a cookie sheet coated with nonstick spray. Cook for 25 minutes turning once in between.
  3. In a hot skillet, add butter, sugar free bbq sauce, chili paste. Still and let bubble a minute.
  4. Take chicken out of oven and toss in pan coating chicken evenly. Plate and enjoy!
