  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion powder, chia seeds, eggs, salt, and pepper. mix with hands and shape into oblong patties weighing about 4 oz each.
  2. Heat a skillet on medium and add your steaks. Cook steaks for 2 minutes on each side to brown.
  3. Add slices mushrooms and onions. Saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Carefully layer steaks, mushrooms, and onions in crockpot.
  5. In a bowl, whisk beef broth, worcestershire sauce, heavy cream, arrowroot powder and pour over steaks.
  6. Cook for 5 hours on low then serve with cauliflower mash.
