  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. In a medium bowl, combine ground beef with chopped herbs, garlic, onion, salt & pepper and form into two sausage shapes about 5 inches long.
  3. Line cookie sheet with foil, and cook kebabs for 15 minutes.
  4. Make Tzatziki: In a small bowl, combine sour cream, cucumbers, dill weed, lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste. Set aside.
  5. Let's bring it together: On two leaves of romaine lettuce, add one kebab each and top with Tzatziki sauce. Enjoy!
