  1. In a small bowl, add eggs. stevia, coconut flour and vanilla. Whisk well until smooth. Add a tablespoon of water if too thick.
  2. Add butter to a pan and cook pancakes on medium. Cover for a couple of minutes then flip and cover again.
  3. Cook sausages per package directions and serve with pancakes and sugar free syrup.
