For wings
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Trim wings of tips and separate the winglette from the drumette. Coat wings with nonstick cooking spray and season with garlic salt and paprika. Lay on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until browned and crispy.
For jalapeno poppers
  1. Mix together - cream cheese, shredded cheddar, salt, pepper and onion powder.
  2. Slice two fresh jalapenos in half, remove seeds, stuff with cheese and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Set aside.
Spinach Salad
  1. Prepare dressing in a small bowl by combining sugar free maple syrup, dijon mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper then whisk together.
  2. Prepare salad in a medium bowl by combining spinach, pecans, sliced onion and gorgonzola cheese then toss with dressing.
Bring it together
  1. Arrange on a plate wings and bbq sauce, jalapeno poppers and spinach salad. Enjoy!
