Bell Pepper
  1. Cut bell pepper length wise, spray with non-stick olive oil spray and cook upside down on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
  2. While the pepper is in the oven, prepare your meat. Mix 1 oz italian sausage with ground beef and season with onion powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Take pepper out of the oven and stuff with meat mixture and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Sauce:
  1. In a sauce pan, heat up tomato sauce with herbs and garlic. Add it to the top of the pepper with 1 oz of shredded mozzarella after it's been cooking for 10 minutes. cook for 10 more minutes or until browned and bubbly.
