Mediterranean Chicken
  1. Combine dried herbs with salt, lemon crystals, pepper, finely chopped garlic and 2 tsp of olive oil. Coat chicken with mixture and let marinate an hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 425
Curcumin Cauliflower
  1. Combine turmeric, cumin, salt & pepper, and sprinkle evenly over cauliflower and toss. Drizzle olive oil and toss again.
  2. Add chicken and cauliflower together on a foil lined cookie sheet, coated with non stick cooking spray. Cook for 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
