  1. Chop all veggies, chopped almonds and herbs, and place in bowl. Sprinkle with salt and lemon lemon juice, toss.
  2. Add oil and toss again. Add more salt for taste if needed.
  3. Serve with a slice of brie cheese and enjoy!
