Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 Oil a loaf pan then line with parchment
  2. Measure out and grind chia seeds with rosemary in a coffee grinder or small food processor. Set sesame seeds aside. Measure out the rest of your dry ingredients and add all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, add all wet ingredients and eggs together and whisk for a minute. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour "dough" into a parchment lined loaf pan and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  5. Place in oven and cook for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in comes out clean.
