  1. In a hot skillet, add olive oil and shrimp. quickly saute shrimp with cumin, salt & pepper, pumpkin seeds.
  2. Chop cilantro add to a small bowl then add salt, pepper, lime juice and sour cream.
  3. Toss in shrimp and place mixture between two romaine leaves.
  4. Garnish with avocado and hot sauce if desired.
