  1. Thaw cooked shrimp, and boil an egg
  2. Chop veggies and toss lettuce and tomato together
  3. Make Louie Dressing: in a small bowl, add mayonnaise, sugar free ketchup, apple cider vinegar and onion salt. whisk and set aside for salad.
  4. Arrange veggies on plate and place shrimp on top.
  5. Peel quarter boiled egg and set around shrimp.
  6. Add dressing.
  7. Slice avocado and olives and add to salad.
