The Flat Bread
  1. The Flat Bread
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Heat mozzarella and cream cheese in a small, non-stick pan on medium heat.
  4. Stir until they melt together. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
  5. Moisten your hands with water and flatten the dough on parchment paper, making a circle about 8 inches (20 cm) in diameter.
  6. Prick the crust with a fork (all over) and bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven.
The Sauce & Toppings
  1. In a bowl combine all ingredients for sauce and spread on flat bread once out of the oven
  2. Add all toppings and put back in oven for another few minutes until melted. Enjoy!
