Welcome to our "Healing Recipes" section. In this part of our website, you will find a collection of healing recipes which have been developed by MyKetoPal's Executive Chef Janine Aytekin, based on "Metabolic Therapy" techniques. The low-carb, high-fat (LCHF) recipes in this section are ketogenic, meaning each recipe is designed with the macro ratio of 75-20-5.

All MyKetoPal recipes are gluten free. We use a potent combination of common healing herbs and vegetables, as well as oriental (ayurvedic) herbal compounds that support and enhance the body's natural healing process. MyKetoPal recipes are designed to:
• improve/strengthen the immune system,
• promote brain health through high Omega-3 content,
• detox the body and in particular the liver,
• promote anti-angiogenesis.

For our recipes, we use primarily coconut oil as well as beneficial MUFAs such as avocados, olive oil. The best part is that all MyKetoPal recipes are easy to make and delicious to eat!
