Session summary:

This session focuses on natural foods – how specific properties of God created natural foods support the metabolic processes in our body and aid healing from our brain to our gut and beyond.

Goal of the session:

After this session, the attendees will have a better understanding of healing nutritious foods which ideally gradually replace the industrial, packaged foods in their daily diets.
