** Remarks: This session is beneficial to anyone who wants to prevent OR combat chronic illness with God’s naturally nutritious foods, and which industrial foods to avoid to reverse chronic health complications.

 Session summary:

This session focuses on the fundamental understanding of healing with whole foods, “HOW-TO’S” of clean ketogenic lifestyle, and maintaining a ketogenic protocol for optimal healing. During this session, the participants will get a chance to learn about MyKetoPal’s near future programs such as a healing foods co-op.

Optimum health is about the “whole person,” not simply about symptoms of a particular disease. True healing is not about the treatment of symptoms, but dealing with the underlying causes of all metabolic diseases. This means sticking to a clean nutritious diet in order to support/boost body’s own healing power. The goal is to achieve optimum level of health, excel physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Yes, optimum health has a spiritual dimension.

 

Goal of the session:

At the end of this session, all the attendees will be equipped with the knowledge, and tools of the ketogenic diet, and the support network necessary to take on their healing journey.

  2. Leaps of Faith – Taking action and totally committing to the plan of action.
  3. Maintaining ketogenic protocol for optimal healing. Keto sticks.
  4. The import roles exercise, oxygen and water  play in our overall well-being.
  5. Food shopping tips, recipe ideas, smart kitchen tools, plating tricks, food prep and cooking methods, techniques.
  6. Group shopping tours focusing on specific chronic illnesses.
  7. Low-carb food cooking demos, and tasting at a select grocery store.
  8. MyKetoPal Healing Community on Facebook: Strength through community.
  9. Local “Healing Foods Buying Co-Op” project.
