As the founder of Comfort Keto, my mission has always been to create nourishing food that brings joy without compromise — meals that feel like home, yet support a lifestyle rooted in wellness and intention.

My journey as a chef has been shaped by a lifetime of exposure to international cuisines. Born from a rich blend of Mexican and Irish heritage, my earliest food memories are filled with rustic, soul-warming dishes passed down through generations. Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors were later woven into my culinary worldview through the influence of my relatives, while European traditions—especially Italian and French—were refined through my formal Le Cordon Bleu training.
My husband brought with him the hearty, comforting dishes of Central and Northern Europe, and I’ve had the privilege of exploring South American, South Asian, and East Asian cuisines through dear friends and culinary collaborators. Each culture has left an indelible mark on my palate and philosophy. I am an avid fan of international fusion, especially when it honors the essence of traditional, time-tested flavors and textures.
