Eggs can be a staple item in the ketogenic dieter's breakfast. They can be served in many ways -boiled, poached, fried or scrambled- or in form of a delicious low-carb veggie omelet (mustard greens, kale, asparagus and mushrooms), or a low-carb quiche crafted with heavy cream, onion, butter and cheese, plus seasoning.
