Introducing The Other Lasagna: Nopalzagna

Introducing our latest culinary innovation: Nopalzagna—a delectable, keto-friendly twist on traditional lasagna, created by Chef Janine. This Mexican-inspired casserole swaps out traditional lasagna noodles for layers of nopales (nopal cactus), making it not only unique but also incredibly low in carbs.




Each layer of Nopalzagna is meticulously crafted, starting with nopales pads dipped in fried chili relleno style whipped egg for a perfect texture and flavor. We then layer these with tender green chili pulled chicken thighs, creamy ricotta cheese, and grilled poblanos, all topped with a generous helping of queso quesadilla cheese. To finish, a rich, creamy chipotle pepper sauce is drizzled over the top, and it's garnished with fresh cilantro and crumbled cotija cheese.


This dish is not just delicious but also mindful of your health—packing only 1 net carb and 428 calories per serving. Nopalzagna is a perfect example of how flavorful and satisfying a keto-friendly meal can be, without sacrificing any of the tastes you love.
