I, Chef J9, will sure help your to get into the Oktoberfest spirit with my menus throughout the entire month. To bring the Oktoberfest spirit into your home, I am featuring my Bavarian-inspired schnitzel with creamy hunter gravy (mushrooms optional), nutmeg flavored cauli mesh and a "complimentary" chilled bottle of Michelob Ultra, on us with your order.
And instead of fully-fermented sauerkraut, I will serve on the side my interpretation of Chef Tom Colicchio's apple cider-braised cabbage.
